Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms form an agreement between you and Relic Ventures LLC, trading as Relic Tools.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color or packaging may occur. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and may cancel and refund any order arising from a pricing or listing error.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch the goods. Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud is suspected or stock is unavailable; any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the USA cannot be accepted. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; re-delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated (or where required by applicable law), products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Tools must be used for their intended purpose with appropriate safety equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relic Ventures LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your tools. If something isn't right:

• 30-day returns: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
• Defective or wrong items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
• How to start a return: Contact us (see Contact section) with your order number and photos of the issue if relevant. We will confirm the return address and process.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim.
• Exclusions: Items damaged through misuse, or returned incomplete without prior agreement, may not qualify for a full refund.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and details of your order. Basic technical data (such as device/browser type) may be collected automatically for site functionality and security.

Payments

Card and payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors, not by us. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Processors handle your data under their own privacy policies and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).

• To communicate order confirmations, delivery updates and responses to your enquiries;

Sharing
